Gvantsa just got into university as an English language and literature major - all thanks to the Internet!

The thing is, a few months ago Gvantsa couldn’t even imagine applying to colleges. Her family couldn’t afford private tuition and her public school tuition just wasn’t enough. But everything changed when she received a computer and an Internet connection from our team. She also received access to exam prep material and online resources - now becoming a student was just a matter of her dedication.

Becoming a college student for Gvantsa means moving to the capital and starting a new and independent life. Big changes like this naturally cause fear, but she thinks that the Internet will help - with everything from finding recipes to reading Shakespeare sonnets. 

Gvantsa is also fascinated by graphic design, dancing and cinematography. She’s a natural language-learner - she’s planning to improve her English, learn German and some day maybe even do a master’s abroad. And she tells us her dreams seem less challenging now that she has experienced the magic powers of connectivity and dedication to grow and learn.
