August 2026 - Monthly Update

39 students started this school year differently. In August, each of them received a laptop and reliable internet — so when September's lessons end, their learning doesn't have to.

Favour, a student at Era92 Elevate in Uganda, is one of them. Poet, netballer, student leader, future web developer — here's what being connected means to her:

In Georgia, we reached students in the villages of Zugdidi and Russian-occupied Gali — real neighborhoods, real families.

Some of our students live where the road itself is the hardest part — remote villages, mountain passes, places an 8-hour drive away 🏔️

Our teammate Elene went to Svaneti, high in the Caucasus Mountains, where she explains how we reach students in the toughest-to-reach places — in Georgia and in every other country where we work.
