Hi there, Thank you for your interest in our mission! 44 new students started September with a laptop of their own and reliable internet at home. With these tools in hand, they can learn, build new skills, and work toward a better future. Meet Sonam - she comes from a small Indian village where opportunities are hard to find but she was determined to study microbiology. For a long time, the language barrier held her back; she would freeze whenever she had to speak English. That began to change when a laptop reached her, thanks to our supporters. With her new laptop, Sonam dove into online English courses. In Georgia, we reached students in the villages of Zugdidi and Russian-occupied Gali - real neighborhoods, real families. In Uganda, we've partnered with Era92 Elevate to connect students in Kampala. Their training program teaches website development and software engineering - practical skills students can start using, and earning with, right away. One of our volunteers – who is also a monthly supporter – drove the team there hers.
