Ali comes from the Kibra community in Nairobi, and contributing to the wellness of his community, as well as the world in general, is of utmost importance to him. He's been volunteering for environmental and social causes for years now, in addition to his education in graphic design and software engineering. He will use the Internet to improve his skills and look for more opportunities to keep making the world a better place.

Doreen is a woman in STEM and is passionate about breaking down the gendered stereotypes surrounding the field. She is also into volunteer work and is an advocate for sexual health and reproductive rights, which she considers to be of paramount importance for young girls. Asmik hasn't chosen neither university nor profession yet. She believes the Internet will be a great asset for her to absorb new information faster and more efficiently.
