Our Students

The center is located in Tskhaltubo and it serves 24 children from socially vulnerable families, in care and at the risk of abandonment. A large portion of beneficiaries come from internally displaced families from Abkhazia. The center helps them with their studies and informal education and works hard protect their rights. For the majority of beneficiaries, the internet is a luxury they simply cannot afford. Due to insufficient funds, many ideas the tutors have remain unaccomplished, however, the center engages in various projects to the best of their ability.

Luka’s favorite subject is Georgian. He plans to use the internet for his studies. In his free time, he likes fishing and he would like to become a chef.

Gvantsa’s favorite school subjects are chemistry and biology and she plans to become a doctor. She would like to use the internet for doing research and watching films.

Giorgi would like to become a psychologist, however, he would also like to do something art-related in his life, as he believes that art makes the world a more beautiful, more interesting place. He would like to use the internet for exam preparation via various Georgian educational websites. In his free time, he likes drawing and reading science fiction.

Elene’s favorite subjects include physics, chemistry and math. She would like to become a veterinarian, as she loves dogs and spends her free time walking the neighbor’s dogs. She would like to use the internet for her studies and for watching films.

Sofo’s favorite school subject is Georgian literature and she wants to become a chef. In her free time, she plays a guitar. She plans to use the internet for her studies and for reading interesting stories.

Out of all subjects at school, Georgian is Dimitri’s favorite. He hasn’t yet chosen his future career, but he’s fond of various sport activities and is quite successful in them. “I’ll use the internet to expand my field of interests”.

Giorgi hasn’t yet decided what he wants to be in the future, however physics, chemistry and biology are his favorite subjects at school. “I would use the internet to find learning materials and various study programs”. He’s interested in sports and spends most of his free time training.

Mariam’s favorite school subjects are Georgian and geography. In the future, she plans to become a professional cook and no wonder she spends majority of her free time preparing various dishes. “I would use the internet to get more informed.”

In her free time Tinatin loves to read, that’s why her favorite subject at school is Georgian literature. She hasn’t yet decided what she wants to be in the future. “I would use the internet to do my homework better.”

Tamar loves art and Georgian. In future, she would like to become a nurse. In her free time, she does housework.

Nika’s interested in sports; he loves to exercise and play football. He would like to study computer technologies. “I will use the internet for research, if I need to, to help me learn and understand things better”.

Saba’s favorite school subject is art. He would like to learn programming and needs a computer to learn more about it. He likes doing housework and playing football.

Saba’s favorite school subjects are history and geography. He is mainly interested in sports, especially football. He would like to use the internet to search for information that interests him.

Qetino is very organized and she likes doing housework. Out of school subjects, she enjoys learning Georgian and math the most. She plans to continue her studies at a medical college and become a nurse.

Mariam’s favourite school subject is English and she would like to learn the language on a professional level. In her free time she likes reading and she plans to use the internet for research.

Mariam’s favorite school subject is chemistry and she loves conducting chemical experiments. She would like to use the internet for research purposes and deepening her knowledge. In her free time she likes to read.

Aleksandre’s favorite school subjects are Georgian and history. He likes sports, especially basketball and he plays it in his free time. “I would use the internet for personal development, I’d look up information on the subjects that interest me.”

Mikheil’s favorite school subjects are Georgian, chemistry and math. He would like to continue his studies at the Agricultural University of Georgia and become a vet. “I will use the computer for my exam tests and research”. In his free time, he likes watching films and playing football.

Samoel’s favorite school subject is Georgian. He would like to go to university, but he doesn’t know which one yet. “I would use the internet to deepen my knowledge”.

Giorgi loves Georgian, history and English. In his free time, he likes watching films and drawing. “I’d use the internet to look up the things that interest me”.

Giorgi’s favorite school subject is Georgian grammar. In his free time, he likes playing football with his friends. “I will use the internet to socialize and improve my learning process”.

Out of school subjects, Qeti loves English and would like to go to university in Tbilisi. Her favorite pastimes include getting books from the library and reading them.

Vasiko’s favorite subjects include chemistry and biology. He would like to become a programmer. “Based on my future occupation, I really need a computer”. In his free time, he likes to craft.
