March 2025 - Monthly Update

Hi there,

Thank you for your interest in our mission!

In March, we hosted a 4-day camp in Tbilisi for students from Gali, a region in Abkhazia currently under Russian occupation. The students participated in workshops and seminars on media literacy, financial education, professional orientation, and career planning. These sessions aimed to help them develop critical thinking skills, navigate digital spaces responsibly, and make informed decisions about their futures.

We’re also excited to introduce some students from Kakuma, Kenya, who received laptops during our October visit. They’re now actively using them to pursue careers in healthcare, software engineering, and more.

Meet Abdirahman, an aspiring cyber analyst and ethical hacker from Ethiopia who now lives in Kenya. He is one of our beneficiaries connected to the internet with the help of our partner, AREL.

Life was not easy for Abdirahman, but he found solace in his love for computers and coding. Whenever he had the chance, he would sneak away from his chores to practice coding on the community computer. His curious mind was fascinated by the endless possibilities that coding offered.

Now, with his own laptop, he has started learning and pursuing his studies.

On our social media, we share educational and practical videos to help navigate the digital world — and spotlighting our amazing supporters!
